We work closely with SkillsTX on product improvements playing an active part in suggesting, testing, and rolling out new functionality, and also ensure our approaches to implementing SFIA are closely aligned. Our Managed SkillsTX and SFIA Support service has proven to incredibly valuable to our clients who want ongoing support to embed the benefits of SkillsTX and SFIA into their organsiation. The Managed SkillsTX and SFIA Support service is an annual plan that runs alongside your SkillsTX licences to renew at the same time. SFIA Assessment Partner SFIA Assessments Included Digital Skills Agency is one of only a handful of trusted SFIA Partners authorised by the SFIA Foundation to conduct accredited skills assessments and issue SFIA Foundation endorsed digital badges. As part of our Managed Service we provide access to an agreed number of SFIA assessments each year. Should you need additional SFIA assessments these can be purchased. These SFIA assessments could be used for: Initial assessments for new joiners. Certified assessments to issue digital badges to staff to recognise their skills Expert assessments for staff updating their SFIA profile, Where a manager needs expert support before approving critical updates. Managed SkillsTX We will work with your team to ensure all aspects of SkillsTX are maintained with up-to-date information. This includes: Configuration of your SkillsTX environment. Maintain the active staff list and reclaiming licences for staff who have left your organisation. Ensuring all manager/team-leader relationships are updated. Ensuring all staff are assigned to the correct job with the correct SFIA role profile. Training provider content is updated and maintained. Ensure the integrity of information in SkillsTX, including staff/team metadata. Identify new joiners and ensure they are onboarded to SFIA. First-line support for any SkillsTX issues. We will also work on your behalf with SkillsTX to address any more complex issues. SFIA Support for Your Staff and Managers We recognise that putting SFIA to use requires practice and support. Our Client Success team are here to provide ongoing support to your staff and managers. Developing good practices for using SFIA in your organisation. Ensuring updates to staff profiles are supported by suitable evidence. Drop-in sessions to guide staff and managers through key actions. We can join your team meeting to provide a private walk through or reminder on how to use SkillsTX and answer any questions. Development of custom FAQs or guidance tailored to your organisation. Support via email for staff and managers on any aspect of SFIA or SkillsTX. Monitoring and Reporting We will agree with you and track key metrics to help you make the most of your investment in SkillsTX and SFIA. Measures might include, for example: Number of staff with a manager approved SFIA profile. Managers who are not approving updates from staff. Staff with no action plans record, or no activity relating to their action plans. Are crital skills gaps being addressed by action plans? Onboarding New Joiners We will agree with you how you want to onboard new joiners to SFIA. A small piece of consultancy may be needed to develop/review materials and the onboarding workflow. Regular monthly access to onboarding activities and SFIA assessments. Onboarding for larger groups can scheduled seperately.
