We use SFIA to manage and develop our skills and competencies

Position Descriptions: all our position descriptions describe the skills, skill levels, and generic/ behavioural attributes needed using SFIA.
Team Profiles: every team member has their own SFIA profile with their unique set of skills (beyond those required for their current position) which is periodically updated.
Staff Development: SFIA is an integral part of development planning for both individual team members and across the team.
Recruitment: we use SFIA at several stages in the recruitment process, including for candidate screening and technical interviews.
Accredited Assessment: our team each have their core skills verified using our SFIA Accredited Assessment Scheme to standards set out by the SFIA Foundation. This provides a high level of assurance to us, and to our clients and partners, that our team have the skills needed.
